Half round step over dummy. Handles on flat side only. Dummy size is 6" x 42"; approximately 4 Ibs. Long lasting 18 oz. nylon reinforced vinyl cover. Handles are double thick. Solid urethane polyfoam core; will not pack down or lose shape. Usually a order item. Expected deliverytime 6-8 weeks.

The pad marked with "R-13" in the photo is the actual pad.
